Configurable subscription suspension logic

With this release, Marketplace Managers can configure the suspension logic on a per-product basis. To configure the logic, the Marketplace Managers can select one of the following options during the product publication:

• Suspend service and billing - When a subscription gets suspended, this option suspends both the service and billing for the duration of the suspension.
• Suspend service (for contractual subscriptions only) - When a subscription gets suspended, this option only pauses the service. The end customer will continue to receive invoices for the duration of the suspension.

In addition, a new checkbox, Cancel suspended subscription” has been added to enable Marketplace Managers to choose whether the subscription should be canceled or not at the end of the contract after a suspension.

This enhancement provides more granular control for the partners and allows them to match different suspension logics for different ISVs (such as MSFT which only suspends the service for their NCE subscriptions).
